Hi! Is not 3.102.029 later version than HDS 3.101.044?

If I turn ignition switch to position 2 there is no connection. But if I turn on engine connection is successful... Does anybody have the same problem?

Hi! I have a question regarding connecting china MVCI cable (J2534) to Civic 2006 (mk8). If I turn the ignition switch to 2 position HDS reports that there is no communication. Hi! I tried to install HDS 3.102.029 on Windows XP SP3 but at the end I got Error installing MVCI drivers. So AX88772A @ AX8872 and SPX MVCI drivers did not install correctly. Then I installed MVCI Driver for HONDA 1.4.8.msi and cable was recognized. Is that correct procedure or there is something wrong because default default drivers were not installed? I tried installing on VmWare virtual machine.
